PLAYWRIGHTS who got 'on the write track' as part of a Mansfield Palace Theatre scheme will have the chance to see their work performed at The Old Library on Friday.
Local writers Sean Curran and Buz Burrows entered into a competition earlier this year which saw their scripts judged by former resident Palace Theatre playwright, Kevin Fegan.

Now, Sean's script Brian Logan's Run, about a man who has to take stock of his life after his relationship breaks down and Buz's script Reel Life, about a man's chance meeting with an adventurous girl, will be brought to life on the Old Library stage.

Both performances directed by Kully Thiarai and presented as a rehearsed reading by professional actors, with script in hand.

The performance is open to the public and admission costs £3.
