A NEW jury has been sworn in at Nottingham Crown Court in the trial of Skegby man Peter Smith.
It comes after the original jury was discharged on Monday for 'legal reasons'.

They had been trying Smith (44), of West Hill, who is accused of the killing of neighbour Hilda Owen, sometime between 26th February and 1st March 2007.
